Sign In Process
1. Go to the Sign-In Page.
2. Enter your Email Address.
3. Enter your Password.
4. Click the Log In button.
5. If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password?” to reset it.
6. New to MiraSpaces? Click Sign Up to create an account.

Error Management
- If any mandatory field is left blank, a warning message will alert you to complete it.
- If wrong credentials are submitted, the system will show a distinct error message.
- The Sign-Up link redirects to the registration page.
- The Forgot Password link redirects to the password restoration form.
How to Reset Your Password
If you're unable to access your account, there’s no need to panic! Changing your password is fast and safe.
Step 1: Ask for a Reset Link
1. Select “Forgot Password?” on the Sign-In Page.
2. Enter your Email Address in the form for password recovery.
3. Select “Reset Password”.
4. Look in your inbox for an email that includes a One-Time Password (OTP).
Step 2: Create a New Password
1. Enter the OTP that was sent to your email.
2. Re-enter your Email Address again.
3. Generate a New Password that meets security standards <add link to Account Registration & Setup>.
4. Press “Verify” to complete the process.
Important Tips
- Make sure all fields are filled in correctly.
- Passwords need to be identical; if they aren't, an error message will appear.
- For security purposes, you are not allowed to use your old password again.
After the reset is completed successfully, you will be taken to the Sign-In Page.
